How can I check my order status?

You can find your order status online or by calling our Guest Services department at 1-800-826-1735. If you are a registered customer, you can view your order history and status by logging into your account and clicking on the "Order History" link. If you are not registered, you can still view the status of an order by clicking "Sign In" in the top right corner and entering the email associated with the order, order number and shipping zip code under the "Check order" section. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed before checking its status.
